Exactly what Jandex accesses in your Omnisend account, what it does with each type of data, and what it never touches.
| Data | What Jandex does with it |
|---|---|
| Campaigns | Campaign names, send times, and performance stats (sends, opens, clicks, revenue) power your campaign reporting, weekly and monthly reports, trends, and the swipe file. |
| Automations | Workflow names, structure, and per-message performance power your automation reporting and the automation views in reports and the AI assistant. |
| Store revenue | Total store revenue lets Jandex show what share of your revenue email and SMS drive, and how attributed revenue trends over time. |
| Audience counts | Subscriber totals over time power list-growth reporting. Jandex stores aggregate counts, not your subscribers' contact details. |
Your connection uses OAuth: Jandex holds a secure access token issued by Omnisend, never an API key and never your password. The token is stored encrypted in a managed Postgres database in the Asia Pacific (Tokyo) region.
You can disconnect at any time from Manage Accounts in Jandex, which deletes Jandex's access token and removes the account's synced data. To also remove the authorization record on Omnisend's side, remove the app from your Omnisend account settings. Full details: disconnecting your account.
